Withdraw from agreement

Withdraw from your agreement.

If you entered into an agreement with Danro as a consumer, you can withdraw from it within 14 days.

How it works

  1. Fill in who you are and which agreement it concerns.
  2. Check the details and click "Confirm withdrawal".
  3. You immediately receive a confirmation by email with the date and time.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancies, the Danish version applies.

The right of withdrawal applies when you are buying as a consumer, for 14 days from when the agreement was concluded or the goods were received, cf. §§ 18-20 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). You can also write to hello@danro.dk. Read more in the terms and conditions.

If you want to cancel a subscription without withdrawing, just write to us. Subscriptions have no lock-in period.

You don't have to give a reason. You will be able to confirm before the withdrawal is sent.
